2. Cannabis compliance

3. Data privacy (PDPA)

4. Export prohibition
Sales are strictly for domestic use within Thailand. Exporting cannabis from Thailand is a criminal offense. Sweedz Co, Ltd is not liable for any legal consequences arising from a customer’s attempt to export products.

The Sweedz Co, Ltd brand and all website content are legally protected.
- Exclusive Ownership: All IT work, website development, software architecture, designs, and digital assets are the exclusive property of Sweedz Co, Ltd.
- Unauthorized reproduction or extraction of code, databases, or graphic elements is strictly prohibited.
