1. Payment method
Payments are made exclusively via direct bank transfer to our official Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) account. This method ensures maximum security by using your own bank's encryption protocols.
2. Net amount and Transfer fees
For an order to be processed, Sweedz Co, Ltd must receive the exact and full amount stated on your invoice.
- Fees covered by client: All transfer fees or inter-bank commissions are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
- Exact Amount: If the net amount received is less than the order total, shipment will be withheld until the balance is cleared.
3. Validation via transfer slip
Order preparation begins only after receiving the proof of transfer (Payment Slip with QR Code) sent through our official channels.
4. Limitation of liability
Sweedz Co, Ltd disclaims all liability and waives any obligation in the event of customer data entry errors (wrong account number), technical issues with banking apps, or unidentifiable transfers due to missing slips. Our liability is strictly limited to order fulfillment once funds are fully received.
