1. Scope and Applicability
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") exclusively govern the contractual relationship between Sweedz Co, Ltd (hereinafter "the Seller") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Customer"). By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these T&C without reservation.
2. Legal Compliance and Minor protection
- Age Limit: The sale of cannabis products is strictly prohibited to persons under 20 years of age.
- Identity Verification (KYC): The Seller requires the submission of an official ID (Thai ID or Passport) before any shipment.
- Health Restrictions: The Customer certifies that they are neither pregnant nor breastfeeding.
3. Product nature and Concentrates
The Seller offers cannabis flowers and concentrates. As these are organic products, the Customer accepts that visual appearance or density may vary. Products labeled as concentrates are pure trichome extractions and must be handled with care due to their high potency.
4. Ordering process and Exclusive payment
The Seller enforces a strict payment policy:
- Advance Payment: All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
- Bank Transfer Only: The only accepted payment method is bank transfer to the official Sweedz Co, Ltd account.
- Proof of Payment: Orders are validated only upon receipt of a payment transfer slip sent by the Customer via official channels.
5. Delivery and Territorial restrictions
- Territory: Delivery is strictly limited to the Kingdom of Thailand.
- Export Prohibition: Exporting cannabis out of Thailand is a federal crime. Sweedz Co, Ltd assumes no liability for criminal proceedings against a Customer attempting to cross international borders.
6. Non-return policy and Hygiene
Due to the perishable nature of the products:
- Final Sales: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
- Exception: In case of non-conformity, the Customer must provide an unboxing video of the sealed package within 12 hours of receipt. Claims without video proof will be rejected.
7. Governing law and Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed exclusively by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Bangkok.
